companies shall obtain Tender documents from Finance Department- 3rd Floor at
the head office of Al Ain Zoo and Aquarium Pubic Institution in Al
Ain
Tender fees are non-refundable once
paid.
-Present a copy of the Trade license
to obtain Tender documents.
-Technical and Commercial Bids:
a. First Envelop: which contains the
technical bids and it shout( be submitted in the Technical bids box at the N AM
Zoo and Aquarium Public Institution GSA & P&C Park Office (at
reception). And not including or mentioning any financial details in the bid
b. Second Envelop: and it contains
the commercial bid, which should be submitted in the commercial bids box at the
Al Am Zoo and Aquarium Pubic Institution GSA & P&C Park Office (at
reception).
Following the requirements below:
"Alt required and approved
documents for the Tender shall be enclosed in red-waxed sealed envelopes.
•Bids shall be marked on the outside
with the Tender details, Company details and Envelops Opening date.
•The Bids shall be properly closed.
